Tumor microenvironment (TME) is emerging as critical interface that play important roles in the development and progression of cancer. However, the association between TME and prognosis in diverse solid tumors in a systematic manner are still lacking. OStme (Online consensus Survival analysis webserver for Tumor MicroEnvironment components of pan-cancers) is capable to measure the association between cancer prognosis and 64 types of tumor infiltrating cells (TIC), and to investigate the fraction variations of TIC across different stages/grades or variations regarding therapies. OStme encompasses 141 expression datasets from TCGA, GEO, CGGA databases and literatures, provides 12 types of survival terms for 23,917 clinical samples across 31 distinct malignancies, offers four analysis modules for patient survival analysis, differential analysis per clinical characteristics, TME fraction estimation, the correlation between gene expression and TIC abundance of pan-cancers.
